Joseph Altuzarra è uno stilista francese di nascita e americano di adozione. Nato e cresciuto a Parigi, il padre di Altuzarra è franco basco e la madre è cinese americana. 

Joseph Altuzarra is an American-based French fashion designer. Born and raised in Paris, France, Altuzarra's father is French-Basque and mother is Chinese American.

Anche se ogni stagione presenta dei nuovi stilisti, ci vuole un talento raro per attirare l'attenzione, allo stesso modo, dei redattori di moda, delle star e degli acquirenti. In sole due stagioni Joseph Altuzarra è passato dalla progettazione di capi per Givenchy a una propria linea di abbigliamento.
